Overview In this role you will lead an international sales team to drive growth across Europe. You will bridge top management and field sales, shaping execution and commercial performance in a fast-changing environment. You'll focus on developing new business while expanding existing opportunities through strategic client engagements. You will work with cross-functional teams to align engineering, back office, and sales goals, and you'll report on KPIs to ensure forecast accuracy. Responsabilità
- Lead and coordinate a team of 6–8 Account Managers across Italy, France, Spain, Netherlands
- Drive commercial execution for new business and ongoing opportunities
- Serve as interface between sales teams and internal functions (engineering, back office, top management)
- Monitor and manage sales KPIs (revenue, pipeline, conversion rate, forecast accuracy)
- Support key client meetings and strategic negotiations, including joint visits with Account Managers
- Operate in a fast-changing, high-pressure, performance-oriented environment
Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in electronics, components, or related technical sectors
- International exposure and cross-country business dynamics understanding
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Hunter mentality with structured execution and reporting discipline
- Ability to manage complexity, pressure, and rapid organizational change
- High resilience, proactivity, and ownership mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently (40–60%) across Europe
- Fluent in English
