As Personal Assistant,
you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective management of executive priorities, facilitating communication across the organization, and supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives. You will serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director, helping drive operational efficiency and organizational alignment across the region.
Managing and optimizing the Managing Director's calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic commitments.
Coordinating executive meetings, leadership reviews, regional engagements, and board-related activities.
Supporting communication and coordination with external stakeholders, business partners, and senior counterparts.
Consolidating information and inputs from multiple teams to support executive decision-making and reporting activities.
Preparing high-quality presentations, executive summaries, business updates
