Overview In this role you will serve as the Finance Business Partner for the Core Markets Unit within the International Division, enabling strategic decision-making with robust financial governance. You will collaborate with management and commercial partners to provide financial insights, support planning and forecasting, and monitor performance across 36 markets. You will influence business cases, pricing decisions, and product launches, contributing to sustainable growth and profitability. This position offers exposure to cross-functional projects in a dynamic, global environment with a focus on strategic impact.

Responsabilità
- Support month-end and year-end close in line with global policies
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reporting packages
- Coordinate budgeting, planning and forecasting processes and contribute to long-term plans
- Review results by product and geography,



track KPIs and identify risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with global functions and local departments on controlling activities and analysis
- Participate in global and local cross-functional projects
- Maintain relationships with commercial teams and provide financial perspective for business cases, contracts, pricing, and launches
- Assess local processes and implement improvements to enhance reporting effectiveness

Requisiti fondamentali
- University Degree in Business Administration/Economics
- At least 4 years of experience in finance and controlling in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and controlling processes
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent English
- Robust analytical skills and critical thinking
- Solid communications and interpersonal skills for multicultural environments
