Overview As a Civil Engineer in our transportation team, you will help deliver road and linear infrastructure projects from feasibility to construction. You will partner with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, and support delivery across domestic and international markets. You will prepare technical documentation, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to bids, design work, and site-based activities. Responsabilità
- Support project managers for timely, budget-conscious delivery of road/highway projects from early design to construction
- Contribute to planning activities, tracking timelines, budgets, and resources
- Prepare technical documentation for bids and proposals for infrastructure projects in Italy and internationally
- Carry out feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed design,



and basic engineering assessments
- Draft drawings, calculations, and technical documentation under senior guidance
- Ensure work adheres to relevant standards, codes, and regulations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with internal stakeholders and clients
- Provide support to construction activities, including site visits and supervision tasks

Requisiti fondamentali
- Fluent in Italian and English
- 4–5 years of experience in road/highway engineering
- Strong knowledge of Italian and international design standards and regulations
- Proficiency in road design software such as Civil 3D, OpenRoads, or similar
- Experience in modelling and BIM coordination environments such as InfraWorks, NavisWorks, or similar
- Good communication and technical reporting skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Previous exposure to clients at nationa
