The role
For our headquarters in Asolo, Italy, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Lifestyle to support the growth and development of the category in international markets.
The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the category marketing plan, translating SCARPA's brand and category strategy into relevant and impactful consumer experiences.
Acting as the main marketing point of contact for Lifestyle, the Marketing Specialist will coordinate activities across events, PR, social media,
content and influencer/ambassador activations, working closely with internal teams, external partners, subsidiaries and distributors.
What you will do
- Plan and coordinate the execution of the annual Lifestyle marketing plan, in line with SCARPA's overall brand and category strategy.
- Plan and manage events and brand activations, from set-up and logistics to on-site execution and consumer experience.
- Select, brief and coordinate PR agencies and external partners supporting the category.
- Work closely with the Digital team to develop and execute Lifestyle social media activities.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of category-related content, ensuring consistency across channels and markets.
- Identify and manage influencers, ambassadors and relevant talents, developing activations aligned with the category strategy.
- Collaborate with SCARPA subsidiaries and distributors in key international markets
