We are a fast-growing and fully remote company, working with leading Luxury Brands, Companies, Foundations, Universities, Startups, and Technology players across the global fashion innovation ecosystem. Our projects and events span the world's most dynamic fashion and innovation hubs — Milan, Paris, New York, Miami, Dubai, Berlin, and more.
We are looking for a full-time Event Coordinator Specialist to join our international team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of high-level events and innovation initiatives.
You will work closely with the team, partners, speakers, clients,



and venues to ensure that every event is planned and executed smoothly, from the initial preparation to the on-the-ground experience.
Event Planning & Coordination: Support the planning and execution of international events, conferences, workshops, and innovation initiatives, both online and in person.
Event Operations: Coordinate logistics, timelines, venues, suppliers, speakers, partners, materials, registrations, and other operational aspects required for successful events.
On-the-Ground Management: Support and coordinate event execution on site, ensuring that activities, schedules, speakers, guests, and partners are properly managed throughout the event.
Manage day-to-day communication with clients, brands, startups, speakers, partners, venues, and other stakeholders involved in events and initiatives.
Event Communication: Support invitations, follow-ups, attendee communication, speaker coordination, and other communications before, during, and after
