Drive adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search, observability, and security solutions within new and existing enterprise accounts
Act as a trusted advisor to help customers transform data into actionable insights
Position Elastic through cloud economics, usage-based pricing, and modern data architectures
Solve complex data challenges beyond transactional selling
Articulate the value of Open-Source offerings while promoting commercial features
Identify new use cases and growth opportunities within accounts
Develop strategic, multi-stakeholder territory plans leveraging ecosystems
Navigate and manage complex sales cycles with deep discovery and MEDDPICC framework
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals
Forecast accurately and align cross-team efforts to close deals confidently
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven track record in SaaS subscription sales in enterprise accounts with overachievement
High-level technical curiosity and ability to articulate technical concepts to executives
Executive negotiation and closing experience on high-stakes contracts
Comfort discussing security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization
