What Youll Do: Provide outstanding customer service in Italian
Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Keep accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
Location Options: On-site: Modern offices in central Athens
Remote:
If you relocate: work-from-home (WAH) within Athens
If you already live in Greece: WAH from anywhere in Greece
Relocation Package (for those moving to Greece): 2 weeks of hotel accommodation
Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
Airport pickup
Requirements: Fluency in Italian (spoken & written)
Good level of English
EU citizenship is mandatory
