Overview In this role you drive growth for InterSystems' Healthcare solutions in North-East Italy, focusing on EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies. You work closely with cross-functional teams to position solutions and manage a regional sales pipeline. The position combines healthcare IT expertise with enterprise software selling in a dynamic, public-procurement driven market. Responsabilità
- Develop and manage sales opportunities within healthcare organizations across North-East Italy
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, regional healthcare authorities, system integrators, and strategic partners
- Identify customer needs and position InterSystems' healthcare solutions, including EMR, interoperability, and AI-enabled technologies
- Support the preparation of commercial proposals and participate in public procurement processes
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing,



and Delivery teams to develop winning strategies
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to achieving regional sales targets

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Healthcare IT or enterprise software sales
- Good understanding of the Italian healthcare market and digital health ecosystem
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and their application in healthcare
- Familiarity with Italian public procurement regulations and public tendering processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel extensively across the North-East Italy region
- Languages: Fluent Italian, good English
