~Real estate agency fee covered Your Responsibilities As an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:
~ Provide professional customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat
~ Respond to customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues
~ Assist customers with platform, product, and service-related questions
~ Handle customer requests efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
~ Accurately document customer interactions in CRM and internal systems
~ Help customers understand the platform and available features
Fluent Italian – C1/C2 level
English B2+ for training and internal communication
