As a Sales Assistant, you will be an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring that every Client is treated according to the TOD'S promise.
By deeply understanding each Client and their needs, you will personalize their experience in our store/boutique, enhancing their perception of the Brand and also building long lasting relationships through the use of our in-house clienteling tools and systems.
You are a Tod ́s Ambassador promoting our Company Values.
Main tasks
Serve customers accordingly with the TOD'S values and selling ceremony;
Maintain strong product knowledge and create a storytelling aligned with brand;
Use effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed store sales targets and individual KPIs;
Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups and CRM, in order to create a solid client portfolio and to build loyalty;
Keep the boutique organized, clean, and aligned with brand standards;
Manage and support team in daily operational activities on the sales floor (restocking, organizing merchandise, visual merchandising, physical invento
