Elite Associates is partnering with a contemporary fashion brand renowned for its distinctive identity, strong craftsmanship, and elevated customer experience. We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join the team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and valued
Develop strong product knowledge to provide personalised styling advice and recommendations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets
Maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
Assist with stock management, replenishment, and inventory control
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
Requirements
Previous experience in luxury, premium,
or contemporary fashion retail
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good level of English; additional languages are considered a plus
Passion for fashion, styling, and current market trends
Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work weekends and retail hours
Full-time and tempo parziale opportunities available
