Responsabilità
Develop and implement a yearly business plan aligned with team strategy to hit market, product, and profitability targets
Prioritize accounts by mapping major owners and key players in each segment
Collaborate with line sales and regional management to maximize results
Target and report on a defined number of accounts through the specification development program
Drive complete account development by promoting the full Victaulic product range
Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager on OEM sales strategy within the territory
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, pricing developments, and new product introductions
Requisiti fondamentali
Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent technical expertise
Comfortable working in an international environment in NE Italy
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of piping business or ability to rapidly acquire relevant technical skills
Strong commercial mindset, results-driven, customer-oriented
Affinity with the OEM sector
Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally
Active professional presence on industry networks and associations
