As an Business Developer for our Milan agency,
you will act as a true intrapreneur responsible for developing and managing your business unit within the engineering consulting environment. Business Development
Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry sector
Conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Promote Abylsen's three engagement models (technical assistance, service center, work package)
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to recruit top consulting engineers
Profit Center Management & Coaching
Manage and optimize the profitability of your business unit

Master's degree (Engineering or Business School)
Fluent Italian and English (mandatory)
Strong track record in business development and client acquisition
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
