Overview Arrow Global Components (AGC) seeks a Supply Chain Services Manager for South EMEA to drive growth by selling integrated supply chain and data services to strategic customers. You will partner with sales teams to translate complex logistics and value-added services into tailored solutions that expand Arrow's share of customers' wallets. You'll use consultative questioning to uncover pain points, design bespoke offerings, and manage the funnel from discovery to hand-off. Responsabilità
- Build detailed knowledge of Arrow's high-end supply chain services portfolio and create bespoke solutions
- Use consultative questioning to identify customer pain points
- Demonstrate success by increasing Arrow's share of the customer's wallet
- Collaborate with sales teams using whitespace analysis to spot high-potential customers
- Develop strategies to connect with influencers and decision-makers
- Understand Arrow's financial objectives and ensure solutions meet thresholds within an acceptable period
- Hand off maintained solutions to Sales and Business Process Excellence
- Own the sales funnel for Arrow's fee-for-service portfolio (e.g., in-house semiconductor programming, long-term inventory, turnkey manufacturing, control tower, buffer stocks)
- Manage the funnel for the territory, including traditional and start-up customers, and serve as the single point of contact for the customer while coordinating with right specialists
- Coordinate with Arrow uni
