You will shape market growth strategies and profitability while ensuring high customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Mobility Group. The position blends sales leadership with market analytics to capture opportunities and optimize performance. You join a cross-border team focused on delivering value to IAM customers and sustaining long-term growth.

- Drive sales growth in the IAM channel across assigned European markets
- Develop and execute annual and five-year profit plans for customer accounts
- Identify growth opportunities and competitive insights for new products and systems
- Manage cost reduction programs to support customer initiatives and profitability
- Build and maintain strong customer-supplier relationships, handling inquiries, contracts, and issues
- Evaluate customer performance and implement xbvzest action plans to improve satisfaction and outcomes
- BS in Engineering or Business (MS preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in Automotive aftermarket
- Strong proficiency in P&L; management, cost estimation, and pricing strategies
- Fluency in English plus one of French, Italian, German or Spanish
