Constance Belle Mare Plage, a luxurious resort in Mauritius, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Service Supervisor to join our esteemed team. As a key member of our front-of-house operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining our high standards of service excellence. - Oversee and coordinate daily guest service operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest satisfaction - Lead, motivate,
and train the guest service team to deliver outstanding customer service - Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally - Manage guest inquiries and requests, providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all guest-facing areas - Assist in developing and implementing guest service policies and procedures - Prepare reports on guest feedback, occupancy rates, and other relevant metrics - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations - Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency vetrinabakeca
