As a Project & Program Manager , you will perform the following activities:
Validating project alignment with technical standards and structural policies through the peer review process.
Conducting feasibility analyses for projects.
Assisting the teams responsible for individual projects within the Program throughout all phases—from planning to execution—via monitoring and control processes.
Defining and monitoring requirements.
Assessing potential risks and issues within the managed Programs,
identifying interdependencies between projects, analyzing and evaluating priorities, and promptly implementing corrective and/or risk mitigation actions.
Managing both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration among all involved units and/or external counterparts.
Periodically developing project progress reports.
Degree in STEM disciplines or Economics.
Excellent skills in analyzing and modeling quantitative data.
Good knowledge of planning and control processes.
Good knowledge of English language.
Compensation Information In accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 96/2026, the Company discloses the information relating to the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
