Monday to Friday | 08:00–17:00
Payroll processing, monthly reporting, tax and social security requirements will be part of your day-to-day.
You'll manage employee payroll activities from attendance data to payslips, working on monthly and annual requirements and supporting the administration of employment contracts.
Key responsibilities Prepare attendance data and pre/post-payroll reports
Process payslips and related tax and social security requirements
Manage monthly activities including accounting checks, F24, Uniemens, sickness and workplace injuries
Support annual requirements including CU, 770 and INAIL self-assessment
Manage hiring, contract changes and employment terminations
Liaise with INPS, INAIL, pension funds and the Italian Revenue Agency
Requirements At least 2 years of experience in payroll, within a structured company or professional firm
Good knowledge of payroll software
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Good command of English
Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Accuracy, reliability and discretion when handling confidential information
Nice to have: experience with TeamSystem and knowledge of current employment regulations, including apprenticeships, incentives, TFR management and dismissals.
