Overview In this role you will strengthen the execution engine for Human Sales & Interactions within BuBa, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans across sales channels. You will lead the orchestration and rollout of human-led interactions to boost acquisition, activation and post-sale outreach, while ensuring operational discipline and scalability. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Product to improve performance, speed-to-activation and conversion. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role at a digital bank focused on shaping human-centric sales experiences.

Responsabilità
- Support execution of human acquisition and activation initiatives across internal sales channels and the Sales Network
- Ensure cooperation between Human Sales, Operations and Product teams to support effective commercial distribution
- Drive execution of commercial initiatives, campaigns and pilots, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Improve inflow quality, conversion rates and speed-to-activation through structured execution and performance monitoring
- Translate strategic priorities into clear operational actions and execution plans
- Support rollout of new human interaction models, ensuring operational robustness and compliance
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years of professional experience in commercial roles, sales execution, or cross-functional project environments
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and coordinating across Sales, Operations, and Product teams
- University degree (preferably Economics, Business Administration, or related fields)
- Availability to travel within Italy
- Strong execution and results-delivery orientation
- Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments
