As the organization transitions from being part of a larger corporate environment to establishing itself as a standalone international industrial group, people, culture and leadership will play a critical role in its long-term success. To support this journey, ATLIX is seeking a highly experienced Global HR Director who can shape and lead the Group HR agenda across geographies,
ensuring alignment between business strategy, organizational development and growth ambitions.
Reporting directly to the CEO and interacting with the governance of DUBAG Group, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and scale a modern international HR function, acting as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team during a period of significant transformation.
The roleThe Global HR Director will lead ATLIX's transition from a locally focused HR organization to a fully integrated and scalable Group HR function capable of supporting international growth and future business developments.
