Overview In this role you drive revenue growth in Greece by leading the partner-led sales approach. You'll own the quota, develop new business with end customers and partners, and manage pipeline from discovery to close. You will coordinate with distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs, system integrators and internal teams to accelerate opportunities. This position offers impact through joint go-to-market initiatives and strong cross-functional collaboration in a global organization.
Own the Greece sales quota, pipeline and revenue target leveraging the partner ecosystem
Develop and close new business with end customers in collaboration with partners
Build and maintain relationships with end customers and key partners at operational and executive levels
Develop joint business plans and go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners
Lead sales opportunities through full sales cycle (opportunity creation to close)
Grow relationships with distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs and system integrators
Drive partner engagement, enablement, pipeline reviews and joint customer activities
Identify new routes to market and opportunities to expand in Greece
Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and pipeline management
Coordinate marketing, solution and technical resources to maximize customer and partner success
5+ years of experience in technology, enterprise software, SaaS or cloud sales, preferably in a partner-led environment
~ Proven track record of achieving sales quotas, generating pipeline and closing business
~ Strong experience with distributors, resellers, VARs, MSPs or system integrators
~ Proven sales experience and solid market knowledge in Greece
~ Understanding of indirect sales and partner-led go-to-market models
~ Ability to develop customer relationships and drive complex sales cycles
~ Excellent commercial, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
~ Strong forecasting, CRM and pipeline management capabilities
~ Fluent in Italian and English; Greek
