Responsabilità
Own end-to-end programs spanning multiple teams and functions (Legal, Risk, Compliance, leadership) with business impact
Architect and scale core backend systems (transactions, search/indexing, billing) to support growth
Identify investments for Foundations (permissions, AI-native integrations) and translate into roadmaps
Mentor and enable engineers through programs and documentation to raise engineering bar
Bridge business needs and technical decisions, communicating clearly to engineers and executives
Requisiti fondamentali
Designed and scaled high-volume backend architectures under growth pressure
Led multi-team initiatives with business outcomes connected to company goals
Autonomous and proactive in ambiguous environments, surfacing risks early
