Own and execute comprehensive account strategies to achieve growth and satisfaction
Expand share-of-wallet by identifying opportunities across HP's portfolio
Manage account profitability through strategic planning and value-added solutions
Drive portfolio-wide growth through hardware, software, and services offerings
Enhance customer experience by acting as trusted advisor and delivering tailored solutions
Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across business and IT
Identify connections between customer strategy and HP offerings to enable outcome-based sales
Lead planning/review meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
Manage sales pipelines and retain clients through ongoing engagement
Collaborate with internal departments to align resources to client needs
Requisiti fondamentali
~ Proven experience in strategic account management and sales
~ Strong relationships with senior-level clients
~ Excellent organizational and program management skills
~ Experience in direct selling, pipeline management, and end-to-end P&L; management
~10+ years of industry sales experience
~ Experience leading account teams on local and global scales
~ Strong collaboration
