Overview As a Senior Advisor in our Milan Private Capital practice, you will apply deep PE experience to advise investors and portfolio companies. You'll lead and coach project teams, shape investment-focused strategies, and help institutionalize knowledge across the investment cycle. You will engage with diverse investors, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Private Capital capabilities. Manage projects for PE and other investors with oversight of teams and coaching of junior colleagues




Set strategy for growth of the Private Capital practice and drive new initiatives (e.g., Develop and institutionalize firm knowledge across the investment cycle, focusing on European and Italian PE markets
Master's degree in relevant field
~7+ years of PE investment, divestment, and portfolio management experience or equivalent consulting experience in PE-related engagements
~ Strong investor-focused industry knowledge and large-cap / mid-market PE networks
~ Fluency in Italian and English
