Overview In this role, you will lead the property's HR strategy to support business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance development, and leveraging technology to enable HR services. You will operate with a degree of independence, align HR plans with brand strategies, and act as a change agent on initiatives with broad employee impact. You'll participate in executive discussions to contextualize HR results and drive value for the property and its owners.
Responsabilità
- Translate business priorities into property HR strategies, plans and actions
- Lead succession planning and talent management at the property and market level
- Oversee engagement surveys and monitor employee relations and satisfaction
- Manage staffing strategy and recruitment, including interviewing processes and staffing optimization
- Develop and communicate total compensation strategies and incentive programs aligned with property priorities
- Ensure HR staff are trained and able to respond to employee relations questions
- Coordinate human capital reviews and lead leadership pipeline assessments
- Act as change manager for high-impact initiatives
- Present HR results to owners and align with owner priorities
- Oversee and guide property HR staff and market-based HR resources
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2-year degree with 4 years HR/operations experience or 4-year degree with 2 years HR/operations experience
