HI Partners is supporting the recruitment of a commercially oriented financial-services professional for an established international organisation developing its activities within the Italian private-client market.

This opportunity is designed for professionals with strong relationship-building capabilities, a commercial mindset, and experience working with private clients within financial services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, understanding individual financial needs, and supporting the long-term growth of the organisation's activities in Italy.

Fluency in Italian and English is required.

In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with private individuals across the Italian market.

You will engage with prospective clients to understand their financial circumstances, priorities, objectives, and longer-term expectations, while presenting relevant financial and investment-related solutions.

The position combines relationship management, commercial development,



and client acquisition and is particularly suited to professionals who enjoy developing new business and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

You will have access to experienced internal teams and specialist resources to support the client-development process.

Develop relationships with prospective private clients across the Italian market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Present relevant financial and investment solutions in line with client requirements.
Support prospective clients throughout the relationship-development and onboarding process.
Develop sustainable and long-term commercial relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams involved in client servicing, investments, operations, and compliance.
