As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of accounts, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and business growth. You will be the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and crafting effective insurance programs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary client contact, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Prepare, present, and manage insurance proposals, endorsements, and renewals
- Conduct risk and insurance program reviews, recommending cost-effective solutions
- Design, build, and implement comprehensive risk and insurance programs
- Identify emerging client needs to inform new product and service development
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and mitigate errors or omissions
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum of 10 years in a senior account management role, with business development experience
- Registration in the Italian broker register, section B (preferred)
- Strong expertise in customer relationship management, consulting, and project management
