At MiCiM, we deliver end-to-end project management and construction solutions for the Data Centre and Mission Critical sectors, driving excellence through collaboration, innovation, and technical expertise.We’re expanding our operations across Europe and are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to perform a critical role in delivering a high-performance facilities. You’ll work closely with our senior project leadership, clients, and contractors to ensure the successful coordination and execution of complex data centre builds.The Role:Provide overarching leadership throughout all project phases, from inception to handover, ensuring alignment with client goals and project objectivesOwn and drive the project timeline, utilising advanced project management techniques to ensure timely and on-budget deliveryDevelop and implement comprehensive project execution plans (PEPs),



encompassing all aspects of project deliveryManage the project team and lead performance evaluations of all project participantsMentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellenceIdentify stakeholders;
