KLN Project
KLN Project, for its EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) activities, is seeking a Planning Scheduling Engineer to join its Project Control team, supporting the delivery of large-scale Offshore Oil Gas EPC projects.
This position will report to the Project Control Manager, and she/he will play a key role in delivering end-to-end planning and scheduling services within complex and international project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- develop and maintain detailed project schedule in line with project requirements;
- check and consolidate subcontractor schedules into the integrated Project Master Schedule;
- reestablish and manage progress measurement system, tracking production, productivity and performance;
- coordinate schedule interfaces across all Project stakeholders;
- provide regular schedule forecasts, including key milestones and critical path analysis;
- lead planning and schedule review meetings with project stakeholders;
- analyze schedule performance and produce progress reports;
- review and validate project planning deliverables and reports;
- support project meetings and ensure alignment across planning activities.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in project planning within the EPC Oil Gas sector (offshore experience is considered a plus);
- strong expertise in Primavera P6 (mandatory);
- proven experience in managing complex, multi-interface projects;
- proactive approach with strong analytical and coordination skills;
- fluency in English (written and spoken).
Work site: south-east Milan zone.
Employment classification: operative position, level commensurate with experience.
