Main AccountabilitiesPresent and promote Blupura products and solutionsManage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closureNegotiate commercial terms in line with company policiesEnsure achievement of assigned sales, margin,
and customer development targetsGather market intelligence and provide feedback to support the development of commercial strategiesIdentify growth opportunities and new business areasMaintain accurate and timely records of commercial activities within the company CRM systemUse Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) to monitor sales KPIs, performance, and business development opportunitiesTravel frequently across Italy to visit existing customers and prospectsParticipate in trade shows, industry events, and company-sponsored commercial initiativesRequirements3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales rolesPrevious experience in industrial sectors, durable goods, plant engineering, HoReCa, beverage equipment, or related industries is preferredGood knowledge of CRM systemsAbility to use reporting and data analysis tools, such as Power BI or equivalent platformsGood command of the English xdwybme languageStrong results-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh willingness to travel extensively within Italy to meet existing and prospective customersBase Salary (Gross Annual Salary): €40,000 - €45,000Annual Performance Bonus (MBO): Up to 10% of the annual base salary
