Overview As Sales Director for Italy, you lead an Enterprise Account Executive team within Manufacturing and Retail/CPG, driving revenue and strategic growth. You'll partner with internal stakeholders across sales, value engineering, and services to close large SaaS deals and expand the customer base. Your leadership will shape the direct Italian SaaS sales effort and ensure strong forecast accuracy and executive alignment. You'll operate in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment while delivering measurable impact for customers and Celonis' mission.

Achieve and exceed annual sales targets within the Italian territory with accurate forecasting
Develop and execute strategic plans to win new logos and expand within target segments/industries
Build and sustain executive-level relationships with customers and partners
Support field teams to understand customer needs and drive incremental revenue
Collaborate with direct and indirect sales, value engineering, business development, and services to align on customer objectives
3+ years of strong leadership experience
