Overview As a Category Specialist in Sephora's Offer Department, you shape category strategies and drive growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. You will tailor assortments and marketing plans to local needs, negotiate strong supplier partnerships, and coordinate launches and budgets. You'll work closely with Sales, Merchandising, Trade Marketing, and Finance to execute the annual plan and boost turnover and margin. This role offers exposure to market-leading beauty trends and a dynamic, inclusive culture in Milan.

Conduct weekly sell-out analyses and define action plans to improve sales and market share
Develop and implement brand marketing plans,
seeking exclusivity partnerships
Adapt assortment and merchandising plans with Sales and Merchandising teams to fit local needs
Plan and secure key product animation slots aligned with beauty trends in collaboration with trade marketing
Coordinate with Central teams to align on initiatives and budgets
Support launches of new products and define forecasts for each launch
2–3 years of experience in category, product management or operational marketing
~ Fluent in Italian and English
~ Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
