Amazon Fresh team is looking for a bright, customer-obsessed, data-driven candidate with vendor negotiation, analytical and organizational skills. You will play a key role in helping us achieve our growth objectives by delivering a step change in performance for our Grocery business, improving the customer offer, expanding product selection and deepening relationships with some of our largest suppliers in Italy. We expect the VM to be a passionate customer and category advocate within Amazon, with proven ability to negotiate complex business terms, develop and manage relationships, drive results and demonstrate competency with business and financial analytics. The VM must be an effective leader and communicator in working with some of Amazon’s most important partners and vendors, as well as with internal cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail and a high level of flexibility and commitment. The candidate possesses experience in buying, marketing and/or finance, with a track record of successful relationship management,
strong analytical acumen, and experience generating and managing reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and business problems to deliver successful results. You must be a team player, be comfortable with ambiguity, communicate persuasively and be able to influence internal and external stakeholders of all levels.
