We are looking for a motivated and skilled Hotel Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and expand business opportunities in the leisure, groups, and MICE markets at our exclusive luxury resort.This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new 5-star luxury resort in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with revenue goals.
- Oversee group and MICE inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification and proposal preparation to negotiation and contract finalization.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with operations and other departments to ensure smooth execution and an exceptional guest experience.
- Support pre-opening activities and contribute to establishing efficient sales processes and workflows.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, providing regular insights and updates.
- Act as the main point of contact for all sales inquiries, showcasing independence and proactive leadership.
Profile & Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably within luxury hospitality or related industries.
- Experience managing groups and/or MICE segments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Opera and Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Locally based or willing to commute/relocate to the hotel area.
- Proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently in a standalone role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferably located in Courmayeur or surroundings.
