Overview As an HR Business Partner you will drive organisational effectiveness aligned with Kerry’s growth strategy. You’ll partner with site leaders and coaches to foster a high‑performance culture and manage employee relations in Italy, while supporting transitions to Global Shared Services. You will work closely with the European IO team and the Site Leadership Team to shape people strategies, enable capability, and guide change programmes. This role offers close collaboration with cross‑functional partners and a clear impact on Italy’s employee experience and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilità
- Drive organisational effectiveness aligned with business strategy and support design, planning and change programmes
- Lead talent and succession planning, recruitment and workforce planning; partner on learning and leadership development




- Act as main HR contact in Italy; advise on labour law, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and policies
- Support compensation reviews and local reward insights; ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Partner with Global Shared Services to deliver HR processes, onboarding, payroll matters and lifecycle activities; drive engagement, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives
- Advise Site Leadership Team; coach managers on leadership and people management practices

Requisiti fondamentali
- Previous HRBP experience
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders in complex change situations
- Expertise in Italian labour law, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Strong operational HR experience across recruitment, case management, and HR processes

- Languages: Italian and English fluently
