Overview As a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer at Arup in Milan, you will support cross-functional Infrastructure and Structural teams on national and international projects. You will plan and oversee ground investigations, collect data, and produce clear reports. You’ll contribute to geotechnical analysis, modelling, and synthesis of design solutions, while engaging with researchers and partners to foster learning. Responsabilità
- Support Infrastructure and Structural teams on national and international projects
- Plan, supervise, and report on ground investigations and data collection




- Contribute to technical analysis, modelling and reporting
- Communicate design solutions (foundations, retaining structures, underground structures, slopes, earthworks) to diverse audiences
- Engage in geotechnical research with Arup global Ground Engineering Skills Network and partners

Requisiti fondamentali
- Master in Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
- Plan to acquire membership with Ordine degli Ingegneri
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Finite element analyses skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High motivation and proactivity
- Interest in digital space, 3D modelling, scripting, or GIS (advantage)
