Overview In this role you will shape and implement European consumer pricing strategy, acting as the main pricing touchpoint for assigned regions. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategic pricing visions into practical models, tools and actions, driving alignment with financial targets and product positioning. You’ll build analyses to inform decisions, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement at scale. This is a data-driven, collaborative role focused on delivering measurable pricing impact across markets.
Responsabilità
- Define and evolve the European Consumer pricing strategy
- Serve as main pricing contact for assigned regions to ensure alignment and execution
- Partner with regional teams on pricing decisions, promotions and commercial initiatives
- Build models and analyses to support decision making and business cases
- Translate strategy into pricing frameworks, tools and guidelines for markets
- Monitor pricing performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product,



Demand Planning and LSCM to align objectives
- Ensure alignment between pricing strategy, financial targets and product positioning
- Support commercial decisions balancing market opportunities, demand dynamics and operational constraints

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar (as stated)
- 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Pricing, Sales Operations or similar roles
- Strong analytical mindset and structured problem solving
- Ability to connect analysis with business impact
- Hands-on experience with models and data
- Strong proficiency in Excel; PowerBI, pricing management software and SAP a nice to have
- English professional proficiency; other European languages a nice to have
- Strong communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Ability to understand and shape strategy

- Excel proficiency
