We are looking for an experienced Global Accounting Director to lead our international accounting function across Europe, the United Kingdom and North America. Global Accounting Leadership
- Lead and oversee accounting operations across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Drive consistency, standardisation and practices across the Group's accounting activities.
- Build, develop and lead a high-performing global accounting team.
Financial Reporting & Close
- Own the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure accurate, timely and consistent financial reporting across all entities.
- Oversee balance sheet integrity, intercompany accounting and statutory reporting requirements.
Governance, Controls & Compliance
- Maintain a strong accounting control environment across the Group.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP requirements and internal policies.
- Coordinate external audits and statutory reporting obligations across all jurisdictions.
Cash Flow & Working Capital
- Coordinate local cash flow planning and liquidity forecasting processes.
- Support Group cash management through accurate reporting and strong balance sheet discipline.
Business Partnership
- Partner closely with the CFO, regional finance teams and business leaders to support growth and operational excellence.
- Provide accounting expertise, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Requisiti:
- The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with proven leadership experience in complex multinational environments.
- RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
