About the role
We are looking for an Office, Travel & Facility Specialist to manage business travel and support the day-to-day organization of our offices.
The role will be a key point of contact for employees, suppliers and external partners, ensuring smooth operations, efficient processes and a high-quality internal service.
What you will do
Travel Management
- Coordinate business travel in Italy and abroad, including flights, trains, hotels, rental cars and transfers.
- Support employees with travel planning, bookings,
changes and unexpected issues.
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes.
- Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels and other external providers.
- Monitor travel costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
Office & Facility Management
- Manage the day-to-day organization of Energy Dome offices.
- Coordinate office supplies, meeting rooms, parking, access, couriers and general services.
- Coordinate maintenance activities and relationships with property managers and suppliers.
- Support internal meetings, company events and visits from clients and partners.
- Ensure office services and spaces are well organized and running smoothly.
Processes & Improvement
- Maintain documentation related to travel, suppliers and office activities.
- Help develop and improve internal travel, office and facility procedures.
- Identify opportunities to simplify
