Multi-Property Director of Sales - Casa Brera and The Rome EDITIONAs Multi-Property Director of Sales, you will lead all sales and commercial activities for Casa Brera, Milan and The Rome EDITION, driving revenue, market share and profitability. You’ll shape integrated sales strategies, nurture key relationships with owners, partners and Marriott stakeholders, and inspire two luxury properties’ sales teams. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-property collaboration, and a focus on customer loyalty and long-term value. You will work within a luxury brand framework to elevate visibility and performance across two properties.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across both properties
- Lead proactive and reactive sales, account management, prospecting, and business development activities
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations to optimize pricing, segmentation, distribution, and demand generation
- Participate in strategic sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews
- Ensure effective deployment of Marriott sales channels and commercial resources
- Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, corporate clients, luxury travel partners, and industry stakeholders
- Represent both properties in local and international business communities and strengthen market presence
- Coach, mentor, and develop Sales, Groups & Events, and Reservations teams; support talent acquisition and succession planning
- Lead the commercial planning process (budgets, forecasts, business plans) and monitor KPIs (Revenue, ADR, RevPAR, market share, profitability)
- Drive a customer‑centric culture focused on service xysqume excellence, loyalty, and long-term relationships
- Maintain compliance with Marriott standards, policies, and procedures
- Promote collaboration and cross-functional teamwork across multiple properties and markets
