Overview In this role you will design and refine consulting templates and methodologies to raise service delivery and client outcomes. You lead complex client engagements from start to finish, guiding strategy, execution, and stakeholder alignment. You mentor junior consultants and contribute to building a high-performing team. You collaborate across functions to drive innovation and present clear insights to senior leadership. You will shape thought leadership and ensure engagements meet consulting standards, making a measurable impact on clients and the firm.
Responsabilità
- Design, develop, and optimize consulting templates and methodologies to improve service delivery
- Lead complex client engagements from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis and provide strategic recommendations for organizational improvement
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering continuous learning
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail and quality




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify best practices and drive consulting innovation
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and client executives
- Contribute to thought leadership content and industry insights
- Ensure compliance with consulting standards and organizational policies across engagements

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of professional experience in management or strategy consulting or related advisory roles
- Proven track record of leading client engagements and managing complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in business process improvement, organizational strategy, or operational optimization
- Experience developing and implementing consulting frameworks or methodologies
- Proficiency with Mic
