Overview In this role you drive digital transformation for leading insurers by shaping modern IT architectures and governance for core functions. You will define transformation roadmaps, target architectures, and promote cloud, API-first, and microservices paradigms. You collaborate with executives to align business and technology, run workshops, translate requirements into strategic initiatives, and draft guiding documentation. You help manage complex programs and ensure delivery with cross‑functional teams, focusing on measurable business value.

Requisiti fondamentali
- 4+ years in IT consulting, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, program management or IT governance
- knowledge of modern IT architectures and transformation roadmaps
- experience in managing complex programs and engaging executive stakeholders
- interest in cloud, AI, data & analytics
- excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
- fluent Italian (C2) and English (C1-C2)
- bachelor’s degree in STEM or economics
- strong consulting mindset and ability to blend innovation with business value
