We are looking for a Resident & Operations Manager for a prestigious independent boutique hotel located in Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany.The property is an intimate, high-end hospitality environment where personalised service, attention to detail and a strong sense of place are essential.

We are looking for a passionate hotel professional who can combine hands-on operational leadership with commercial awareness and a strong focus on quality.THE ROLEThe Resident & Operations Manager will be a key reference point for both guests and the team, taking responsibility for the smooth daily operation of the property and contributing directly to its commercial and service performance.The role covers five key areas:Guest Experience | Operations | People | Booking & Revenue | QualityKey responsibilities include:Supervising the booking process, direct enquiries and pre-arrival guest communicationMonitoring occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, pick-up, booking pace,



lead time and other key revenue indicatorsWorking on pricing, availability, distribution channels and revenue optimisationDeveloping direct bookings, upselling and ancillary revenue opportunitiesCoordinating daily hotel operations and ensuring effective communication between departmentsCreating and implementing SOPs, checklists and operational standardsEstablishing consistent service standards across Front Office, Housekeeping, Breakfast/F&B; and guest servicesConducting quality controls and internal auditsMonitoring guest satisfaction, reviews, complaints and feedbackIdentifying areas for improvement and turning them into concrete operational actionsRecruiting, onboarding, training and coordinating the hotel team, including seasonal staffEnsuring that service standards are consistently applied throughout the propertyActing as a visible and highly present point of reference for guests and employeesTHE IDE
