Overview In this role you drive the commercial growth of the Italian territory for an ambitious AgTech SaaS provider. You work with the Italian sales team to develop a strong partner network, close high-value distribution agreements, and build a scalable territory strategy. You will engage decision‑makers in agricultural groups and distributors, and share field insights to inform strategy. This is a hunter role in a startup/scale‑up context with clear pathways to regional leadership.

Responsabilità
- Develop and execute a territory strategy for Italy
- Identify and pursue key decision-makers in agriculture groups, distributors, cooperatives and merchants
- Build and maintain a partner network through regular field meetings
- Negotiate and close distribution and partnership agreements
- Manage CRM pipeline and forecast to support sales targets
- Participate in trade shows,



demonstration days and industry events
- Share field insights to support product and commercial strategy
- Contribute to webinars, technical days and presentations of solutions
- Proactively propose market development initiatives
- Ensure smooth handover of new partners to Account Manager / Customer Success Manager

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales / business development experience
- Experience in SaaS, AgTech, Tech or specialised distribution environment
- Demonstrable track record of closing deals and achieving targets
- Strong Italian market experience or strong interest in agriculture/AgTech
- Fluent Italian; professional English; valid driving licence
