Overview In this role you will lead talent development, internal communications, and employer branding to support Sephora’s strategy. You will manage a multi-vertical team and design integrated HR programs that align with European HQ guidelines and country needs. You will drive engaging employee experiences, well-being initiatives, and a cohesive communication strategy across Retail and Corporate populations. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery to amplify Sephora’s values and culture in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilità
- Manage a team across Learning & Development, Internal Communication and Employer Branding
- Create annual strategy aligned with company vision and business needs
- Adapt European HQ guidelines to local context
- Design L&D; projects tailored to country needs
- Develop Talent Development strategy linking HR functions




- Create Employer Branding strategy and manage stakeholder relationships
- Deploy a company-wide LinkedIn communication strategy
- Plan internal communications for Retail and Corporate populations
- Design well-being initiatives to boost employee experience and engagement
- Coordinate educational actions and messages for coherence
- Organize motivating events with HRBP
- Manage department budget
- Ensure continuous HR innovation
- Negotiate cross-department needs with sustainability of actions
- Act as ambassador of company values and culture

Requisiti fondamentali
- Proven experience as a Head of Talent Development, Internal Communication & Employer Branding, or similar role
- English fluency
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- High organizational skills (complex planning and priority management)
- Strong cooperative skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Good organizational awareness
- Positive atti
