Director National Sales - The St. Regis VeniceIn this role you manage dedicated national accounts, driving market share growth across Marriott brands. You’ll partner with buyers to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the company’s sales goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value, sustain loyalty, and maximize revenue from key accounts. This position offers the chance to influence national account strategy and contribute to Marriott’s market leadership in hospitality.
- Develop and implement the overall account strategy for assigned accounts and execute it to achieve goals
- Retain, expand, and grow account revenue through penetration, margin management, and aligned marketing initiatives
- Penetrate accounts for group and transient business and explore extended stay and catering opportunities
- Identify new accounts and qualify opportunities in coordination with Sales and Marketing
- Articulate financial benefits of proposals tied to customer objectives and analyze customer data




- Maintain up-to-date account information in Opera Sales and Catering for reporting
- Demonstrate total account management and team-based selling, including legal awareness
- Collaborate with property leadership to ensure account strategies are executed at the local level
- Represent all Marriott brands and support in-market needs of properties within a regional area
- Drive revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and loyalty through proactive sales and service xysqume standards
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years sales/marketing experience OR
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years sales/marketing experience
- Hospitality sales experience (preferred)
- English language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Local language proficiency (written and spoken)
