Reports To: Control & Treasuries Coordination

Location: Fabriano, Italy

Position Overview
The role supports the Group Treasury function in financial performance monitoring, reporting, and planning processes, ensuring the delivery of accurate analyses and timely insights to support decision‑making. It contributes to the coordination of budgeting, forecasting, and treasury reporting activities while driving continuous improvements in process efficiency, data quality, and governance. Operating in a multinational environment, the position works closely with Group functions and local Finance teams to ensure alignment and consistency across treasury operations. The role combines financial expertise with a strong digital mindset, leveraging technology, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to optimize treasury processes, enhance controls,



and support the evolution of data‑driven financial management.

Job Responsibilities

- Contribute to the monthly Treasury closing and reporting process, with focus on Net Financial Position, cash flow, financial income and expenses, and bank charges
- Support the preparation and analysis of Actual, Forecast and Budget figures, identifying key variances and underlying business drivers
- Monitor Treasury KPIs and support the preparation of clear management reporting and analytics
- Coordinate data collection and follow‑up with subsidiaries and local Finance teams, ensuring completeness, consistency and timely submission
- Perform reconciliations and data‑quality checks, maintaining appropriate documentation and audit trails
- Support cash flow forecasting and the analysis of forecast accuracy
- Contribute to intercompany funding reporting and other Treasury controlling activities
- Support the development of report
