We have been exclusively engaged to identify an exceptional General Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel in Italy . This is a high-profile leadership opportunity with an internationally respected hospitality organisation and represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced hotelier to take a leading role within one of Europe's most important luxury destinations.
We are looking for a visible, hands-on, and commercially driven General Manager. Someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and understands that exceptional leadership happens as much on the hotel floor as it does in the boardroom. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the hotel's operations, commercial performance, guest experience, people, and financial results, working closely with ownership and senior international stakeholders. Most importantly,
this leader needs to have the gravitas to lead an experienced Executive team who are excellent individuals, however somewhat dysfunctional as a group.
This is an opportunity for a leader who can combine: Luxury hospitality expertise + commercial instinct + strong operational leadership + exceptional people skills.
We are particularly interested in individuals who are highly visible within their hotels, naturally engage with guests, understand the importance of relationships, and have the energy and personality to become a true ambassador for the property and its destination.
