Job Title: Regional Retail Training Manager/Specialist

【Job Summary】
Training materials development & management for HONOR West European Market. This role is responsible for establishing the regional training framework, developing digital micro-learning content,
and driving training enablement across our full-scenario ecosystem (including smartphones, tablets, wearables, audio, and IoT products). The core focus is to leverage agile, high-converting delivery tools—such as creative short videos, one-pagers, and standardized KSP pitch guides—to scale professional capabilities and drive sales conversion across National Trainers (NTs), retail supervisors, in-house field force (FF), and third-party retail store staff."
【Key Responsibilities】
- Digital Training Content Development: Create high-impact, bite-sized training content for smartphones, tablets, wearables, and smart audio. Design creative 15–30s selling-point videos, executive PPTs, One-Pagers, and sales objection handling scripts tailored for European retail channels.
